Standard Shipping Policy

• This Free, Flat Rate and Standard Shipping Policy only applies to eligible Market Hong Kong products and brands purchased through this Site. All non-eligible items will be charged standard shipping rates.
• To be eligible for free shipping, orders must contain at least HK$1,300 in eligible products after all applicable discounts have been applied to the order (excluding taxes and other fees). All orders containing less than HK$1,300 of eligible products are eligible for HK$40 flat rate shipping or HK$20 administration charge for order pickup in Showcase. EXCEPTIONS: Any special shipping fees will be paid by the Preferred Customer and offer does not apply to the following destinations:

  Orders HK$1,300 and over:

  • Discovery Bay = HK$270.
  • Chek Lap Kok, Tung Chung and Ma Wan = HK$150.

  Orders under HK$1,300:

  • Discovery Bay = HK$310.
  • Chek Lap Kok, Tung Chung and Ma Wan = HK$190.
• NOTE: Order delivery is not available to the outlying islands.
• All non-eligible items will be charged standard shipping rates of HK$40.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address for the delivery of the order.
• All orders returned to us due to undeliverability or refusal will be charged standard shipping rates if you request that we reship the order.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free, Flat and Standard Shipping Rate Policy at any time.
• The cost of shipping your order will be displayed at checkout. By completing your order, you are agreeing to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout. If for some reason the shipping cost displayed at checkout is more than what is stated in this Shipping Policy, you agree to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
• Free Shipping may not be offered in conjunction with some coupons/promotions and deals.
